WRA Reunion Weekend 2025

Please RSVP before May 21! Prices increase after this time due to catering and rental needs. Visit the Registration Tent on Friday or Saturday to attend an event in which you have not registered.

Once you arrive on campus, be sure to stop by the Hospitality Headquarters at the registration tent to check-in for the weekend, collect your swag bag, pick up your nametag (which is your ticket into each event) and ask all your questions. Please help yourself to the snacks and drinks available during registration hours!

Registration will be open during the following times:

FRIDAY, MAY 30

• 12 - 7 p.m. Ellsworth Lawn Tent

SATURDAY, MAY 31

• 8 a.m - 2 p.m. Ellsworth Lawn Tent
• 5 - 7 p.m. Ellsworth Lawn Tent

Be sure to visit the newly renovated Campus Store located in Metcalf Center, next to the Athenaeum, which offers performance apparel, gift items and snacks. The Campus Store will be open on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

President’s House will be open from 9am - 11am on Saturday, May 31 for tours and Admissions interviews for prospective families interested in attending Reserve. There are also group tours on Friday at 4 p.m. and Saturday at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Please let us know if you’d like to schedule something at an alternate time by contacting us at [email protected].

Classes ending in 0s and 5s will be officially reuniting on campus for Reunion Weekend May 30 - 31, 2025. If it is not your Reunion year, you may still attend Reunion Weekend. If a large number of your classmates plan to attend, please let us know so we can plan accordingly: [email protected].

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer on-campus accommodations this year. We suggest the following local option:

Children are welcome to attend most Reunion Weekend events, especially the picnic and family games on Saturday. Also, Admissions tours will be available! Adults only events: Friday’s Bluegrass on the Green and Saturday night’s Reunion Gala. Please plan accordingly as childcare will not be available on campus during these two events.

WRA provides shuttle service to and from our partner hotel Hilton Garden Inn Twinsburg. Shuttles are provided on Friday from 5-7 p.m. and 9-11 p.m. and Saturday from 5-7 p.m. and 9:30-12 a.m. UBER/LYFT Information: When scheduling an Uber or Lyft ride, please use 160 College Street Hudson, OH 44236 (Ellsworth Hall Patio) as the pickup and drop off location. *Please note that ride shares may take a little longer since we aren’t in a city!
