Thank you for your enthusiasm for Western Reserve Academy’s Bicentennial gala, FOREVERGREEN, on June 6, 2026. We are delighted by the tremendous response, and all tickets have been sold.
What is the dress code for FOREVERGREEN?
FOREVERGREEN is black (or green!) tie optional (elevated formal, tuxedos not required). Gowns and cocktail dresses are appropriate. Get ready to dance the night away!
Where do I park or get dropped of?
All FOREVERGREEN gala sponsors and guests will receive complimentary valet parking upon arrival at the front of the Murdough Athletic Center on Academy Lane. Rideshare and drop-off for the gala is located at Pierce House at 223 College Street. Glow: The After Party attendees have drop-off and reserved parking at the Metcalf Center at 101 Hudson Street beginning at 9:30 p.m. Kindly note that there is no drop-off on Academy Lane during the After Party. Will there be assigned seating?
All tables are reserved, with premier seating available for sponsors at the $25,000 and $50,000 level. Your table number and bidder number will be assigned to you when you arrive at FOREVERGREEN.
Is transportation available to and from campus?
WRA provides shuttle service to and from some of our partner hotels listed on the Accommodations tab on this website.
Shuttle Schedule to and from WRA’s campus on Saturday night is as follows:
- 5 – 7 pm
- 9 pm – 12 am
Will my dietary needs be met?
Dinner will be served family-style. If you submitted dietary restrictions during registration, a card indicating your dietary needs will be paper-clipped to your paddle. Please give this card to your server when you are seated so they can ensure you receive the appropriate meal.

I purchased my tickets but I can no longer attend. Will you provide a refund?
If your plans have changed and you can no longer attend, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. Please note: should your plans change, we will have the ability to provide refunds for individual tickets until May 6, 2026. After that date, we are not able to issue refunds.

Is the location ADA accessible?
Yes! The Murdough Athletic Center is fully ADA compliant. Please note that the After Party will be held on the lawn which is directly accessible from the main event space. If you or a member of your party has mobility issues, please let [email protected] know.
