Western Reserve Academy’s golf classic has extra special meaning as we play in memory of Charlie Hammel ’65. Charlie was a founding member of the Scholarship Golf Classic and has supported it each and every year for 17 years. Sadly, Charlie passed away in June 2019.
The Alumni Association Scholarship is presented to a new student on financial aid. He or she must be a strong student while demonstrating excellence in several areas: athletics, arts, clubs/organizations, community service, etc. and shows promise as a positive all-around contributor to the Reserve community. This person should be a multi-dimensional leader who encapsulates the essence of Reserve: excellence, integrity and compassion.
Registration Includes: Breakfast, greens fees, swag bag, locker room usage, practice range, cart, on-course beverages, lunch at the turn, hole-in-one contest,19th hole reception and more!
