I've registered for Reunion. Where do I check in?
Once you arrive on campus, be sure to stop by the Hospitality Headquarters in Ellsworth Hall to check-in for the weekend, collect your swag bag, pick up your nametag (which is your ticket into each event) and ask all your questions. Please help yourself to the snacks and drinks available during registration hours!
Registration will be open during the following times:

SATURDAY, JUNE 11
- 8 – 11 a.m. Ellsworth Hall
- 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Ellsworth Lawn Tent
- 5 -6 p.m. Ellsworth Lawn Tent
Is transportation available to and from campus?
WRA provides shuttle service to and from our partner hotels (Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg and Courtyard Marriott in Stow). Please contact us at alumni@wra.net if you are staying at the Courtyard Marriott and need a ride. Shuttles are provided on Friday from 5-7 p.m. and 9-11 p.m. and Saturday from 5-7 p.m. and 9:30-12 a.m. UBER/LYFT Information: When scheduling an Uber or Lyft ride, please use 160 College Street Hudson, OH 44236 (Ellsworth Hall Patio) as the pickup and drop off location. *Please note that ride shares may take a little longer since we aren’t in a city!
Will the Campus Store be open over Reunion Weekend?
Be sure to visit the newly renovated Campus Store located in Metcalf Center, next to the Athenaeum, which offers performance apparel, gift items and snacks. The Campus Store will be open on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a basket of Reserve goodies! The drawing will take place at the Family Picnic on Saturday at 1 p.m.!
Who usually attends Reunion Weekend?
Reserve hosts Reunion Weekend each year in June in five-year cycles. This year, classes ending in 2 or 7 will officially reunite on campus. Many current and past faculty attend, including Board of Trustees, Alumni Association Board and Board of Visitors. It’s not unusual for the 5th Reunion to have over 30 classmates attend this traditional event and guests are welcome. Adult only events are the Bluegrass on the Green and Reunion Gala. Pre-Covid, we’ve seen around 400 alumni and guests attend Reunion Weekend. Get ready for a fun party!
Is there young alumni pricing for Reunion Weekend?
Yes! By using this special 5th Reunion registration page, you are automatically receiving a $20 discount for Bluegrass on the Green, $5 discount on the Celebrate Reserve Family Picnic and $20 discount for the Reunion Gala. If you accidentally sign up for Reunion using our general registration page, we will adjust the pricing for you!
Can my friend from another class attend this Reunion?
We know that the Reserve bonds run deep. If someone in Classes 2014-2020 would like to attend Reunion Weekend, they may use this registration page and we will be sure to seat them with your class during the Gala. They will also receive the same young alumni rate as you are receiving. All older classes must register using this page: wra.net/reunion.
Are dorms available to stay on campus overnight?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer on-campus accommodations this year. We suggest the following local option:

Yes! The Campus Store will be open at various times throughout the weekend. We will post the hours and pop-up locations soon.

My younger sibling/friend is interested in attending Reserve. Can I schedule a meeting or interview with an Admissions associate?
President’s House will be open from 9am - 11am on Saturday, June 11 for tours and Admissions interviews for prospective families interested in attending Reserve. Please let us know if you’d like to schedule something at an alternate time by contacting us at alumni@wra.net.
