I've registered for Reunion. Where do I check in?
Once you arrive on campus, be sure to stop by the Hospitality Headquarters in Ellsworth Hall to check-in for the weekend, collect your swag bag, pick up your nametag (which is your ticket into each event) and ask all your questions. Please help yourself to the snacks and drinks available during registration hours!

SATURDAY, JUNE 11
8 – 11 a.m. Ellsworth Hall

Is transportation available to and from campus?
WRA provides shuttle service to and from our partner hotels (Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg and Courtyard Marriott in Stow). Please contact us at [email protected] if you are staying at the Courtyard Marriott and need a ride. Shuttles are provided on Friday from 5-7 p.m. and 9-11 p.m. and Saturday from 5-7 p.m. and 9:30-12 a.m. UBER/LYFT Information: When scheduling an Uber or Lyft ride, please use 160 College Street Hudson, OH 44236 (Ellsworth Hall Patio) as the pickup and drop off location. *Please note that ride shares may take a little longer since we aren’t in a city!
Will the Campus Store be open over Reunion Weekend?
Be sure to visit the newly renovated Campus Store located in Metcalf Center, next to the Athenaeum, which offers performance apparel, gift items and snacks. The Campus Store will be open on Thursday and Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a basket of Reserve goodies! The drawing will take place at the Family Picnic on Saturday at 1 p.m.!
Is my class celebrating Reunion this year?
Classes ending in 2s and 7s will be officially reuniting on campus for Reunion Weekend June 10-11, 2022. The classes of 1970 and 1971 will be celebrating their 50th Reunion along with the class of 1972 this year in a mega-milestone year event.
If it is not your Reunion year, you may still attend Reunion Weekend, especially since the last two Reunion cycles have been cancelled. If a large number of your classmates plan to attend, please let us know so we can plan accordingly: [email protected].
The Class of 1965 is planning a belated Reunion and 75th Birthday celebration at Rosewood Grill on Friday, June 10. They will also be celebrating the renaming of the Golf Classic in memory of Charlie Hammel ‘65. Class of 1955 is planning a class dinner at Blue Canyon Kitchen & Tavern in Twinsburg on Saturday, June 11.
Are dorms available to stay on campus overnight?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer on-campus accommodations this year. We suggest the following local option:

WRA Shuttles will be provided throughout the weekend.
May I bring my kids?
Children are welcome to attend most Reunion Weekend events, especially the picnic and family games on Saturday. Also, Admissions tours will be available! Adults only events: Friday’s Bluegrass on the Green and Saturday night’s Reunion Gala. Please plan accordingly as childcare will not be available on campus during these two events.
Can I schedule a meeting or interview with an Admissions associate?
President’s House will be open from 9am - 11am on Saturday, June 11 for tours and Admissions interviews for prospective families interested in attending Reserve. Please let us know if you’d like to schedule something at an alternate time by contacting us at [email protected].
